Hello!
Was so pleased to find your blog! I am an austrian native myself and love trying to recreate the dishes I grew up on! Do you have a recipe for Reisfleisch? or Szegediner Gulasch? :) I would love to see some more!
Also we often did things like a Kolrabi sauce :)
